Bookings, Payments & Child Policy

You can book directly through our website, call us at +91 95090 00320, or email info@mysticcvillaas.com. We also accept bookings via selected travel portals.


Once your dates are confirmed, we’ll share our bank/UPI details. Payment is required in advance to block your dates.

Children under 5 years stay free. For children over 5, additional charges may apply depending on extra bedding or meals.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 7+ days prior to check-in.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior.
  • No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in.
  • Direct Booking: Email us from the same ID used for booking.
  • Portal/Agent Booking: Follow their respective cancellation process.

Caretakers, BBQ, Bonfire & Food

Yes! We serve freshly made meals. Inform the caretaker in advance for timely service.

Yes, a trained caretaker family is available to assist you with cleaning, food, and comfort.

Absolutely! Bonfire and BBQ can be arranged on request (extra charges may apply).

House Rules & Guest Guidelines

  • Pet friendly (with prior approval)
  • Couples and groups (known references only)
  • Music allowed till 9 PM (indoors after that)
  • Guests may bring their own alcohol (not for resale)
  • Loud outdoor music after 9 PM
  • Smoking indoors

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Chinar: Located near the city for easy access to tourist attractions.

Yes, Udaipur is generally safe, but if you’re staying at Aakashiya, try to arrive before dark due to its forested surroundings.

We’re on Google Maps – no roadside boards to avoid walk-ins.

Yes, especially near Chinar. Aakashiya offers in-house dining.

Villa Features & Stay Experience

Each villa is suitable for up to 6 guests. Extra mattresses can be provided.

Yes, fans and lights are backed up. ACs/geysers won’t work during power cuts.
